Goal	Encourage long-term volunteers for elderly
目標	吸引義工長期為長者服務
Solution	• Volunteers can exchange service hours with elderly for small gifts,    e.g. ticket to concerts, tutorials • Provide incentives for volunteers to serve elderly in long-term,    such that elderly will be familiar with the volunteers serving them
方法	•　設計服務時數交換禮物制度：把服務時數終身累積，交換有 　 用的東西，例如：文藝票、小朋友的補習費，個人進修課程 •　獎勵義工，吸引義工長期為長者服務，照顧的人不常換，讓               長者有熟悉感
