Goal	Transfer skills to unskilled migrant workers
目標	教授民工職業技能
Solution	• Government to provide job training through partnership with   corporations • Provide farmland for migrant workers at the same time
方法	政府與企業合作，一面提供職訓，一面籌組一塊土地，讓這些人在未找到工作之前可以種些蔬果，短期內可以養活自己
